Education

Requirements
- proven work experience as a Retail Manager, Sales Representative or similar role in retail or related industry
- understanding of how merchandise is sold in retail settings
- familiarity with POS systems
- customer management skills along with ability to handle customer complaints and make them feel satisfied
- excellent communication skills
- retail sales: 1 year
- supervising experience: 1 year
