  • analyse construction plans and buildin
  • document the building layout, plumbing, and electrical systems in order to develop an accurate site plan
  • prepare cost estimates that can be used for project implementation
  • be responsible for the preparation of contract drawings for use in bidding for tenders
  • estimate costs and prepare tender documents for government contracts
  • collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
