customer service team leader
Working hours

Responsibility
- management of the Reception and Housekeeping Teams. This involves keeping rota’s up to date, arranging cover and authorising holiday requests
- A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the busy team at Lloyd BMW/MINI, Blackpool
- enquiry management by ensuring that all enquires are distributed and actioned by the correct person / department
- provide weekly reports to Head of Business and sales managers, ensuring all information is up to date
- provide prospecting data for sales executives, taking advantage of all databases. This includes loss sales management
- ensure that the retailer observes and performs to BMW and MINI standards in relation to customer service levels and sales operations quality
- support the group marketing team with customer campaigns and other onsite / off site events, such as customer Golf Days, Product Launch and Super Car Sundays events
Requirements
- exceptional customer service standards and experience
- fantastic communication and organisational skills
- proficient in all Microsoft applications
- team management experience would be desirable, but not essential
- hold a full UK Driving Licence
- previous experience of Kerridge would be desirable
- brand knowledge is desirable
