Working hours
- full-time | Contract
Responsibility
- MIG weld to a high standard on mild steel, covering sheet metal, solid bars and box section
- general sheet metal work, including use of hand operated plasma cutters
- use of band saw, presses and other metalworking tooling as required
- work to technical fabrication drawings, in addition to more generic client sketches
- working with minimal supervision, displaying a strong pride in one’s work and good eye to detail
- maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment and tools, working to Company Quality, Safety and Environmental System requirements
- adhering to all Risk Assessments, Method Statements and Safe Systems of Work
- ad-hoc duties to assist the smooth running of the workshop on a daily basis as required
