Responsibility

  • providing dining experience for the clients, assisting to serve meals, beverages, and encouraging clients requiring additional attentions while having meals
  • providing activities according with the care plans of the client, particularly the less mobile ones
  • all other tasks as required to uphold the quality of life of our clients who need support
  • assisting clients with all aspects of personal care including toileting, cleaning, bathing, dressing, and undressing, whilst ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect of individuals
  • assisting clients with restricted mobility to move to communal areas or to return to their bedrooms as requested, using the correct moving and handling procedures as per the policy
  • practice safe systems of work across a range of tasks in particular moving and handling of loads and ensuring the policies and procedures are adhered to all the times
