  • cook/counter assistant required to work busy student cafe and restaurant on site
  • level 2 food hygiene certificate desirable
  • duties include cooking and preparing breakfast, lunchtime and evening dishes, undertaking all aspects of kitchen duties including cash handling, stock ordering/control, complying with all food hygiene/ HACCP paperwork and requirements
  • the role will work across The Student Cafe and The Pavilion restaurant on site, a 5 day rota system Monday-Sunday to include daytime, evenings and weekends
