Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • achieving targets including profit, customer account management, and new distribution
  • developing a strong client network and a busy pipeline of new and potential business across bars, restaurants, hotels, festivals and events
  • working with the CEO to manage pricing
  • using market resources to identify and qualify prospective client/business development opportunities
  • building brilliant relationships with existing and new customers
  • acting as a passionate ambassador of Panther M\*lk’s brand
  • this is a complete sales role, developing strategy, new business, and supporting new and existing clients, while providing regular, accurate reporting of your achievements

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a sales-focused environment, preferably within the FMCG industry and/or hospitality industry
  • passion for making new connections and nurturing new business relationships
  • excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with different personality types
  • panther M\*lk is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who’s ready to hit the ground running and enjoys making new connections and nurturing current relationships with customers
  • proven track record of meeting sales targets in business development / new business environments
  • the successful candidate will be an ambitious and passionate individual. You must be customer orientated with excellent communication skills and be able to work closely with other colleagues in this tight-knit team
  • high level of planning and organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative
