  • deliver white goods safely and efficiently to designated customer locations within specified timeframes
  • maintain a professional and friendly demeanour when interacting with customers during deliveries
  • follow all traffic laws, road regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practices
  • communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and customers to provide updates on delivery status
  • prioritize safety by securing loads and ensuring the safety of yourself and the public at all times

Requirements

  • must be at least 21 years old due to insurance requirements
  • valid full UK manual driver's license for at least one year with no more than 6 points
  • strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • ability to effectively navigate using GPS and other navigation tools
  • good organizational and time-management skills
  • physically capable of lifting and carrying white goods with assistance from a driver's mate
  • dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a 2-man team
  • previous experience in delivery services is a plus
