Responsibility

  • assembly of customers’ orders varying from mini quad bikes, pit/dirt bikes, buggies and ride on toys
  • diagnosing, repairing and servicing customers vehicles to a planned schedule ensuring customers are kept up to date and informed
  • collaborating with customer service and tech advisors to help with customer technical enquiries to aid in diagnose and resolve problems
  • advising customers in a professional manner on maintenance, diagnostics and any other technical enquiries
  • working with management and quality assurance on product development and improvement recommendation on our product range
  • testing products from repairs, assembled items or new product lines from factory to ensure standards are maintained
  • ensuring customer records are updated with accurate details
