Responsibility

  • creating and maintaining a high quality sales pipeline from both cold & warm leads
  • head up and develop our SDR function as Team Manager
  • utilising various methods and platforms to discover & research qualified leads
  • create and maintain a high quality sales “pre-pipeline” from both cold & warm leads
  • having ‘Discovery’ conversations with the client and qualify the sales opportunity
  • create, train-in and iterate SDR playbooks, processes and metrics
  • identifying key stakeholders within the prospective company by utilising various online platforms
  • own the team reporting, aided by Dashboards within our CRM

Requirements

  • A-levels or equivalent needed with a degree preferable
  • demonstable experience as a hig-achieving SDR. Previous SDR Team management experience is desirable
  • good analytic and numerical ability
  • computer literate with the ability to learn new platforms quickly and effectively
  • must have had experience using HubSpot Sales tools
  • understanding and ability to use a CRM, preferably experience with Hubspot
  • excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • positive attitude towards learning and an enthusiasm for learning the industry and sales cycle
