Responsibility

- managing the operational delivery team at the Community Hub, and the Finance & Admin Worker at the Main Office
- salary £36,000 plus 3% Pension Contribution
- to manage the successful delivery of LUOS’ community services and income generating activities, projects and events
- initial 12-month contract
- ensuring services and activities have appropriate supplies, and good relationships are maintained with a range of suppliers
- ensuring that team members, sessional workers and contractors responsible for service delivery measure their impact, qualitatively and quantitatively
- co-ordinating, training and supporting LUOS Volunteers
Requirements
- substantial experience of successfully managing and delivering a programme of services, projects, activities and/or events
- substantial experience of developing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- knowledge of relevant policies and regulation
- experience managing staff and volunteers
- experience of community outreach
- experience of producing reports on activities, projects, events, and outcomes
- experience of finance management
- exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, and including social media
