  • experienced General Manager for Livelyhood Pub Group - OTE £47k - £54K
  • you are already an experienced Pub General Manager who runs their site with passion- as if they own it
  • you'll be committed to people - that's guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners

Requirements

  • grow the business and sales and will have a proven track of succeeding in business growth
  • bring outdoor operational experience
  • have a sports interest and/or have experience managing sport as part of the overall offer
  • genuinely believe in tweaking environments to create a cracking atmosphere

  • enjoy taking a pub and transforming/building the business
  • lead teams built on retention over recruitment
