- proven experience as a plasterer or in a similar role
- knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
- ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- basic carpentry skills for repairing or installing wooden structures
- welding experience is a plus
- experience with roofing materials is a plus
