- we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of IT Engineer / 3rd Line Support
- collaborate with the Head of IT to ensure the delivery of a first-class service, supporting the company's mission and goals
- demonstrate a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting, proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain system stability and performance
- contribute to the development, implementation, and enforcement of IT policies, ensuring adherence to company security standards and procedures
- monitor and service systems continuously, managing information systems' capacity both on-premise and in the cloud
- as a key member of our technical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional IT services and driving system improvements to support our real-time bidding and web-based auction management solutions
- drive process automation initiatives to streamline day-to-day activities and improve overall operational efficiency
Requirements
- demonstrated experience in 2nd or 3rd level Infrastructure and support roles
- 2/3rd level Infrastructure and support experience
- proven ability to deliver IT systems within a dynamic and fast-moving business environment
- delivery of IT systems within a dynamic and fast-moving business
- hands-on experience with task automation, process optimization, and deployments
- experience with the automation of tasks, processes, and deployments
- prior experience supporting business applications in a corporate setting
- support of business applications within a corporate environment
