- liaising with suppliers over prices and quality of produce and implementing regular stock controls in order to minimise waste
- creating and developing monthly collaborations or ticketed food events to showcase our food and venue and drive food sales
- responsibility for the kitchen team ensuring they are motivated and passionate through training and development
