  • creating and implenting a 4 week summer and winter menu to ensure children are provided with good home cooked meals
  • clean and tidy dining room after dinner and tea
  • cook lunch and pudding for 25 children
  • cook tea for 50 children for tea
  • flexibility is given to ensure that the four week menu to ensure children are exposed to new flavours
  • comply with all health and safety guidelines
  • create weekly shopping lists ready for the following week
  • look after larder and all ingredients
