- at our store, we take immense pride in curating an enchanting collection that showcases the natural beauty and allure of pearls
- from classic to contemporary designs, each piece is meticulously crafted to epitomise sophistication and grace
- as a result of the post-Covid travel boom, we have experienced substantial growth since the previous year
- managing and working with a small sales floor team day-to-dayLiaising with other staff to provide information about merchandise, special promotions etc. to customers
- to further enhance our service offerings to the public, we are currently in the process of seeking a qualified retail manager to support the expanding business operations
- ensuring that adequate reserves of merchandise are held and that stock keeping is carried out efficiently
- identifying and maximising sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or similar role
- ability to manage multiple tasks at once and react quickly to changing circumstances in the retail industry
