deputy manager
Responsibility
- assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the facility
- provide supervision and guidance to staff members
- coordinate and schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage
- assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role
- strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to work with children
- the successful applicant must have CCLD level 5 or be in the process of completing it
- strong ICT skills
- the successful applicant must have Designated officer and First Aid training at all times, this can be provided by the company if applicant does not already have the certificates
