Responsibility

  • you must be organised, efficient and be able to work at a fast pace whilst also keeping our high standards
  • as kitchen manager you will be overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen leading a small team
  • here at La Casita we are looking for a dedicated and passionate kitchen manager to take the lead at our Guiseley site
  • previous experience leading a team would be preferred but not essential as our management team is always on hand to give training and support whenever necessary
  • salary would be 23000-25000 dependant on experience plus tips circa 400-500 per month. In house promotions and opportunities are available through weekly check ins and training with management

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional kitchen setting; or 2+ years of experience in a high-volume commercial setting; or equivalent combination of experience
