- adhere to all company policies and procedures and to also ensure these are also adhered to by all nursery staff
- promote a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment, and resources to meet the requirements of the EYFS
- support the development of good practice in relation to special educational needs and inclusion
- to implement safeguarding measures alongside the designated safeguarding lead
- deploy staff effectively to ensure that regulatory requirements are met at all times
- ensure effective implementation of the key person system
- develop and maintain professional working relationships with relevant outside agencies
- ensure appropriate planning and assessment is in place, is accurately maintained by all relevant staff and that challenging learning experiences are available for children to reach their full potential
