  • support to organise and take ownership of the kitchen, ensuring a smooth running each day
  • take joint ownership of the nutrition for the nursery
  • ensure that all Health & Safety regulations and legislation is strictly adhered to within the Company, including safer food, better business
  • assist to prepare and cook healthy, nutritious meals and snacks for all children within the setting to the highest of quality and standard
  • ensure that all children within the setting, regardless of dietary requirements and needs, receive meals and snacks that are healthy, well balanced, and nutritious
