- maintaining stock levels and ordering stock
- developing staff rotas and ensuring the store is staffed appropriately for the trading period
- ensuring the store is fully compliant with all Hygiene, Health and Safety regulations
- the email inbox for the store. You will be replying to and resolving guest compliments, complaints and queries
- general upkeep and maintenance of the store
- following the operational guidelines
- maintaining the brand standard
- cashing up and reconciliation of the tills, maintaining the float and that there is adequate change for the trading period ahead
- you must have the right to live and work in the UK
- experience in a restaurant/retail environment. However, training will be provided for the right applicant
- GCSE in English and Maths A-D
- level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate
- able to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
- prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- prepare food and drinks as per requirements
- attend to customers upon entrance
- present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- take and serve orders

- responsibilities involve meeting customers face to face and delivering food promptly
- you must possess the skills to drive carefully, stay safe on the roads, whilst performing great customer service for every order
- you must be able to show commitment, confidence, reliability and professionalism; thus to help build strong relationships with our customers
- delivery driver experience: 1 year
- driving: 1 year
- proven experience in retail management with a strong sales background
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
- bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets
- proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
- ability to drive sales through effective selling techniques
- conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- manage inventory levels and control stock shrinkage
