LITTLE CUBS NURSERY is looking for employees for positions:

Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • little Cubs is seeking for a part time cook to join our team
  • the position is Monday - Friday and 25-30 hours per week between 8/9 am - 1/2 pm daily
  • adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • ensure that equality of access and opportunity is provided to all children, parents, staff and visitors
  • ensure that all children are kept safe
  • notify Designated Officer of any safeguarding concern
  • may suit candidate looking for school hours job although as we offer all year care is not a term time only position
  • maintain a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, colleagues and visitors

Requirements

  • experience as a cook or chef
  • knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
  • strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • chef: 1 year
  • cooking: 1 year
