LITTLE BLONDE BAKES is looking for employees for positions:
- prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including blondies, brownies, cookies etc

- decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- bake a high amount of bakes for our wholesale customers, whilst maintaining high quality
- proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting
- knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
- ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- attention to detail for precise measurements and presentation
- physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- culinary or baking certification is a plus
