Responsibility

• prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including blondies, brownies, cookies etc
• follow recipes and measurements to ensure consistent quality and taste
• decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner

• maintain a clean and organized work area
• adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• bake a high amount of bakes for our wholesale customers, whilst maintaining high quality

Requirements

• proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a restaurant or bakery setting
• knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
• strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients

• excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
• attention to detail for precise measurements and presentation
• physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
• culinary or baking certification is a plus
