Requirements

- strong understanding of baking techniques and ingredients
- ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- attention to detail for precise measurements and presentation
- physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- culinary or baking certification is a plus
