- to support the Setting Manager to ensure that staff adhere to nursery policies, objectives and code of conduct
- to support the Setting Manager to plan and deliver effective management of the preschool in accordance with the preschool operational plan, long term plan and action plan requirements
- to support the Setting Manager to ensure that first and foremost, safeguarding children and staff is our utmost priority
- to support the Setting Manager to promote and maintain our reputation for providing high quality provision
