Responsibility
the role also includes daily ordering from our central kitchen with safe storage, handling and inventory control
the successful applicant will be largely working alone in the Burford kitchen with added support from the front of house personnel
this will mean the applicant must be reliable, responsible, and work well with a small, friendly, customer-focused team
we hand-make and bake fresh bread, pastries, cakes, quiches, and many more delicious products all day, with a passion for traditional and creative bakery produce
this Burford role will involve preparing simple but fresh meals including breakfasts, sandwiches, toasties, salads and preparing display cakes and pastries using mostly prepped products from our central kitchen
4 individual weekend days a month are required and days can vary- i.e
2 Saturdays & 2 Sundays, or 4 Saturdays, or 4 Sundays, etc
previous experience of working in a kitchen will be required and further training will be provided, first at our central kitchen in Bourton on the Water, then transfer to this shop in Burford
