Responsibility
- we are an exceptional, high-quality Flying Start Company with 6 settings based across Cardiff running during term time
- we seek to recruit high-quality staff and therefore you need to be confident , driven, and most importantly passionate about childcare
- little Angels take great pride in the excellent team we currently have on board and are seeking to expand this by recruiting a Setting Leader to join our Little Angels Family in CARDIFF
- you will be a committed, professional, organised, flexible and responsible Setting Leader who is driven by high quality and excellence and has the ability to lead by example and support the Area Setting Leader
- we work hard to support our wonderful staff, encouraging and enabling them to develop individually and as part of the team through providing continuous training and guidance from professionals within the field
- as a Flying Start setting leader you will be fully supported by the company in addition to a specialist advisory team to ensure the highest quality provision is available for the children
- you will also receive support from many external agencies including Speech & Language, Dietetics, Educational Psychologists, Health professionals to name but a few
- adhering to Health and Safety policies, maintaining risk assessments, and relevant documentation
