  • supporting the farm team in the day to day running of the farm to produce chicken of the highest standards
  • managing the farm while the Farm Manager is on holiday or rest day
  • conducting night checks and alarm cover while the Farm Manager is on holiday or rest day
  • ensuring all aspects of running the farm are met while ensuring you and the team maintain safe working practices
  • ensuring the welfare of the birds is maintained at all times
  • ensuring ventilation, feed, vaccinations and conditions are kept at optimum levels you will also be required to maintain accurate records
  • having a good attitude and being reliable
