Responsibility

  • prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages quickly and efficiently to a high standard
  • interact with customers, take orders, serve food and drink
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • demonstrate a responsible attitude to age restricted sales - full training will be given in this regard
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • maintain cleanliness of bar/kitchen area at all times
