Responsibility

  • cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including buyers, specifiers, and sales staff
  • continuously enhance your knowledge of the products through comprehensive training provided by the company
  • collaborate with internal teams and serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to pricing, product availability, and some technical issues

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written , with a strong focus on customer service
  • experience in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with customers
  • ability to effectively prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time efficiently and taking initiative
  • driven by the desire to exceed customer expectations and achieve targets
  • familiarity with SAP would be advantageous, although training will be provided for those without prior experience
