Responsibility
- to take full ownership for the delivery of developments within an allocated geographical area by overseeing and supporting our Site teams, sub-contractors, and suppliers to produce the highest quality homes for our customers, safely, efficiently, professionally within set budgets and to the agreed programme of works

- monitor the NHBC portal to ensure reportable items are kept to a minimum and produce reports to the site teams as and when required
- carry out recruitment in conjunction with HR and the needs of developments and the business
