sales executive
Responsibility
- delivery of LQ revenue policy and procedures – effective management of the team
- maintain and manage the BRS diaries ensuring all bookings are inputted directly upon receipt and updated when necessary
- having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure according to LQ Resorts procedures
- handling of correspondences
- follows up tentative bookings
- knowledgeable in hotel and guest room facilities/services and ensures reservations agents are equally knowledgeable
- prepare and distribute all function sheets, amendments and late additions to other departments
- in general, perform any other duties might requested by the Spa and Golf Commercial Manager
Requirements
- ability to work to deadlines
- high standards of presentation, organisation and cleanliness
- highly organised with great attention to detail
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- efficient and confident with speaking at meetings
- highly analytical with ability to understand peaks and trough of industry
- flexible approach to work
- multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
