Responsibility
- pack items into designated containers according to company standards and procedures
- ensure that items are properly labeled and sealed
- inspect products for any defects or damages before packing
- LINKS are pleased to be recruiting for a well-established client based in Hereford - We are looking for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join the team
- maintain a clean and organised work area
- follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- assist with inventory management as needed
Requirements
- previous experience in packing or warehouse environment
- previous experience in leading/managing a team
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
- attention to detail and accuracy in packing items
- good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
