Responsibility

  • the focus of the Company is always to put the people we support at the forefront of everything we do
  • the Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, no weekends or personal care involved in this position
  • this position offers variety on a daily basis and no 2 days are the same
  • the position involves lone working and also as part of a team
  • we have recently expanded the area we cover and now also cover Exmouth and surrounding areas
  • linK Support has a Full Time position available for an Enabling Support Worker to join our dedicated team in providing an excellent standard of service to our Clients
  • full induction and training provided to include the Care Certificate. Regular staff meetings with Meal provided and other events
  • we support people with Mental Health difficulties, Autism and Learning Disabilities within their own homes, to access the community and engage in activities of their choice
