Responsibility
- responsibility for the planning and activation of marketing communications across all channels
- day-to-day ownership of the CRM system, including campaign management, ensuring data integrity, and consistent reporting
- managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
- communicating with clients, customers, external agencies, and internal teams to ensure marketing activity is aligned with business requirements
- creating compelling sales presentations
- using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with content
- submitting ideas for marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand and nurture leads
- develop compelling briefing documents for all marketing activity to maximize the output from agency contracts
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- commercial marketing
- CRM systems
- minimum of three years of commercial marketing experience in a B2B environment
- degree in marketing, business, or a related subject
- knowledge and understanding of search engine optimization and digital marketing metrics
- experience working with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
- proven experience of project management within marketing to ensure on time and high quality delivery
- excellent attention to detail
