Responsibility
- meeting every requirement for an OFSTED-registered service within the first two weeks of employment, finishing the registration application process
- serving as the team's leader and serving as a constant role model
- obtaining referrals and finishing the booking process for the kids using the service

- delivering efficient management, continual growth, and oversight to assist employees
- encouraging excellent teamwork within the service
- motivating, encouraging, and guiding the team, as well as debriefing after trying circumstances
- proactively contributing your knowledge and assistance to the senior management team throughout all care services
Requirements
- at least 1 year experience leading a team working with young people with additional needs, preferably in an OFSTED regulated environment
- experience as a Designated Protective Officer in a similar environment, or at least knowledge of protections, laws, policies and procedures
- good knowledge of OFSTED Framework and Children's Home Regulations 2015
