Responsibility
- the role will consist of but not limited to the following
- attend site as team leader to carry out install, service and maintain commercial equipment in kitchens and bars
- attend site as part of a team to carry out install, service and maintain commercial equipment in kitchens and bars
- work on a variety of commercial equipment such as Combination Ovens, Fryers, Range Burners, Dishwashers, Microwaves, and various other catering appliances
- installing, pipe including joins, valves, and fixtures in all types of commercial kitchen structures
- completing maintenance/installs to the highest standards in an efficient manner, whilst complying with the company Health and Safety Policy
- ensuring all technical and compliance paperwork/worksheets are completed and up to date with information and photographs
- identification and resolution of repair, maintenance and installation issues that may affect programme of delivery - great first-time fix rate
Requirements
- commercial Installations experience
- driving License
- CSCS Card
- city & Guilds
- relevant mechanical and plumbing experience
- experience of working with commercial catering appliances for over 5years
- experience of working with commercial catering appliances for over 3 years
- experience of multi-site environment
