you'll need to be passionate about high quality food with a good core knowledge of producing food to our high standards
hours are usually 5 days a week- Sundays off
7.30am to 3pm
salary or hourly rate is negotiable depending on age/experience
chef required to join our expanding team. Working alongside our Head Chef & Owner you'll take a lead role in the kitchen, working with the rest of the team of chefs we have in place
the position is available for an immediate start
you'll be required to work early mornings in the kitchen, both cooking & serving breakfasts to overnight hotel guests which vary from 1 to 16 people
in addition to looking after our hotel residents, you'll be required to make a start on the days prep for the rest of the team, execute daily cleaning duties, delegate items to kitchen assistants, ensure that deliveries are adequate and put away correctly & that all aspects of the food safety management system are completed each day
