  • creating new partnerships with employers, sector bodies, trusts, and foundations, enabling us to work together to further essential skills development
  • working closely with voluntary sector partners to map out their needs and identify funding to meet their needs
  • creating bespoke partnership proposals to support partners
  • building capacity and capability which enables the voluntary and community sector to be more effective and sustainable
  • bringing an entrepreneurial approach to development and collaborative opportunities · Identifying income and funding opportunities from public and private sector sources
  • you will ensure EHCVS optimises and takes advantage of opportunities to attract external and corporate funding for the wider purposes
