as a Graduate Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of events aimed at promoting the interests of local businesses and fostering a vibrant economic community
this position offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate with strong organisational and communication skills to jumpstart their career in event management and community development
you will collaborate with various stakeholders, local businesses, and community leaders to create memorable events that drive networking, economic growth, and support for our member businesses
work closely with Events and Project Coordinator to ensure smooth running of all events and annual leave cover
Requirements
bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
exceptional organisational and time management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously
strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events
ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when necessary
A passion for community development and supporting local businesses
