  • have experience reading drawings
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience in a construction management role. This includes supervising a team of up to 25 people. This includes supervising a construction superintendent
  • have or working towards the following health and safety qualifications: IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS

Responsibility

  • overseeing the daily activities of a team of construction professionals
  • working closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • communicating with clients, contractors, subcontractors, to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • working with clients and contractors to review projects progress and issues
  • communicating with clients regarding progress, issues, and provide updates on project timelines
