Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- fully establish standard costing methodology and reporting and control throughout the organisation
- working with key stakeholders, evolve management reporting utilising newly implemented ERP and BI reporting tools
- analyse Financial and Business data to assess and challenge performance, and to assist management decision making
- support to the Head of Finance and Financial Controller with monthly accounts responsibilities as necessary, and overall controls and governance requirements
- as a Business Partner to the Sales and Operations teams, take a hands-on approach to assist and guide activities ranging from new business development, through commercial pricing, to factory performance measurement and improvement
- own the monthly financial forecast, taking the lead in process improvements and working with management to drive meaningful insights and control, to support and influence business performance
- assist wider Finance team, undertaking ad hoc duties as required and be happy to act as cover and support to broader finance activities e.g. Ledger processing, raising payments etc
Requirements
- process and systems orientated, with ERP or other systems experience highly desirable
- the role will ideally suit a part-qualified or qualified CIMA / ACCA professional with ambition and desire to succeed
- of Graduate calibre . Experience of working alongside management in a manufacturing / FMCG environment preferred, as is practical knowledge of standard costing
