Responsibility

  • to organise, encourage and co-ordinate promotional events to enable fundraising
  • promote and plan events and activities, ensuring the promotion trailer is stocked and manned
  • to proactively seek out new and varied events to suit all levels of supporters
  • to promote the distribution of collection and home boxes
  • to promote monthly and legacy giving from clients
  • to develop links with organisations e.g., Rotary, Round Table, Lions etc
  • to help raise the profile of the Society locally
  • to manage the administration of all events and publicity, ensuring comprehensive and accurate record keeping in accordance with agreed organisational policies and procedures
