Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • experience working with website content management systems, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms preferred
  • HTML knowledge a plus
  • professional poise, tact and diplomacy skills a must, confidence working and advising senior stakeholders
  • ability to work independently, balancing resourcefulness to solve problems while instinctively knowing when to engage more senior colleagues
  • 5-7 years of well-rounded marketing experience, experience working with professional services firm preferred. Level and title subject to change based on specific candidate experience and tenure
  • strong project management skills required. Must be extremely organized, have a keen attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • technical capabilities that ensure an easy assimilation into using new tools and learning how to better maximize features within our tech platforms

Responsibility

  • the Global Marketing Team is highly collaborative in providing marketing strategy and support to the business
  • working closely with colleagues on the Global Marketing Team, the incumbent will contribute to initiatives that help drive brand awareness, consideration and preference of Lincoln, particularly across Europe
  • it is anticipated that the individual will work on marketing, communications and design projects approximately 70% of the time, and develop and execute brand building events the remaining time
  • the position will be based in London and responsibilities will mainly focus on Europe though the individual should expect to contribute to projects with firm-wide importance and across borders
  • this position reports to the London-based Senior Marketing Manager and will have some responsibility in overseeing junior members of the team in London & will have a strong collaboration relationship with colleagues in other geographies
  • championing upcoming deal announcements & central external announcement process. Providing additional support on e-marketing
