to ensure that relevant staff conform to current Health & Safety and other relevant legislation
to ensure that relevant staff receive the correct training and support in all aspects of their job

to ensure that relevant staff conform to the standards of dress set by the club committee
to meet and greet all club members, visitors and societies within the Clubhouse
to ensure that bar stocks are maintained and that all orders for replacement are ordered through the appropriate source
to ensure that all cash is correctly recorded and locked in the appropriate cupboard/safe each day
to make available for monthly stock taking all advice notes, invoices and vouchers, as necessary
to ensure that relevant staff give a high standard of service to members and guests and that any deficiencies are identified and corrected
to keep records of all wastage and stock lost through whatever source
to work closely with the general manager and catering manager to discuss, plan and prepare all relevant bookings and events within the club diary
to set and report any defects in any alarm systems or equipment operated by the club
overall responsibility for the front of house
collect the weekly staff time sheets and sign them as accurate before handing them over to the club office inline with the budget
maintain bar sales and card takings records and complete suitable records for weekly banking by the office
