- effectively manage all performance related issues with direct and indirect staff, including training, informal counselling and formal disciplinary when required

Requirements
- knowledge of operational FIFO concept
- knowledge of perpetual inventory from a system and practical cycle counting perspective
- exceptional man management and team management skills with the ability to mentor, inspire, motivate and emotionally stimulate team members
- excellent attention to detail
- proven track record for managing projects effectively, with established road maps and milestones
- analytical approach to problem solving
- exceptional communication skills and able to establish and maintain credible working relationships internally and externally
- ability to multi task and prioritise multiple projects, with excellent delegation skills
