- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the facility
Requirements
- proven experience in retail management or sales management within the fitness industry is preferred
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- excellent time management skills to prioritise responsibilities effectively
- bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse membership base
- demonstrated ability to sell fitness programmes and memberships confidently
- experience in supervising teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
