Responsibility
- assisting the Account Manager in managing the day-to-day relationships with allocated clients and stakeholders
- work alongside the Account Manager to bring the client brand to life through innovative creative solutions
- good understanding of the client’s brand/organisation to support with providing recommendations in line with objectives
- take the initiative with managing the day-to-day team administration
- demonstrate a strong sense of commercial responsibility - understanding the importance of POs and billing
- monitor and track your workload across project timelines
- show genuine interest in your clients’ business – flag anything that may be of interest to your client e.g., competitor activity, industry innovations etc
- work with any stakeholders and suppliers and maintain great relationships
