Responsibility

  • provide menus that meet the need of all residents’ individual dietary requirements
  • adjust menus accordingly, to accommodate choice and seasons
  • assist with food ordering and ensuring stock rotation
  • food preparation and cooking meal to a high quality standard
  • washing all pots, cutlery and utensils etc
  • complete relevant environmental health paperwork
  • equipment must be used correctly. Report faulty equipment to senior in charge that day. Label all faulty equipment
  • fire procedure to be carried out appropriately
