digital filing and record keeping, archive reports, update data
following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
scheduling appointments, events and meetings
to answer the telephone promptly and deal with enquiries in a helpful, courteous, and welcoming manner, being aware of the need to always maintain confidentiality regarding staff and Service Users
ordering office stationery and other supplies
Requirements
technical Skills
experience within the care sector preferred
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
possesses good numerical skills
